Project Information
We built a full-fledged internal analytics platform for tracking sales call performance across the organization. Sales leads can create accounts, onboard reps, and track calls via integrations with Zoom and Google Meet. Every call is automatically recorded, transcribed, and analyzed for speaking time, confidence scores, objection handling, and more. Managers receive clear summaries, improvement suggestions, and rep-level dashboards.
